Privacy

What we collect, where it goes, how to delete it.

Plain answers, the actual providers named, and the escalation path if you are not satisfied.

How site information is handled.

SynergAI handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

SynergAI collects the information you submit through enquiry, diagnostic and booking flows. When you submit, the enquiry record may also retain a limited first-touch source and landing page so SynergAI can understand which pages lead to enquiries. It uses that information to respond, assess fit and deliver requested work. This policy also explains the site's analytics controls, service providers, storage practices and how to request access, correction or deletion.

What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or request, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, business name, workflow context and notes. The enquiry record may also include the first SynergAI page visited in that browser session and a broad source category, such as organic search, an AI referral, another website or direct. This record does not retain the referring URL, search terms, query strings or fragments. Booking through Cal.com may also provide the scheduling details you enter there.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, work out whether the job is a fit, and prepare for a call if you book one. We do not sell or rent your data.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the pages, such as which pages are viewed and the general region a visit comes from. To do this, Google Analytics sets first-party analytics cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*), and the usage data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not use advertising pixels, and we do not sell your data.

Where it goes, and how long it stays.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in the private tools SynergAI uses to manage enquiries and delivery. Access is limited to the SynergAI team, which today is one person.

Third-party services

The site relies on Cal.com for booking, Notion for internal record-keeping, Vercel for hosting, and Google Analytics for understanding how the site is used. Each of those providers has its own privacy policy.

Where your information goes overseas

Cal.com, Notion, Vercel and Google are United States providers, so anything you submit may be stored and processed overseas. Each is named here so you can read its policy before you send anything.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and diagnostic records are kept while we are in contact with you about the enquiry, then deleted. Records tied to a signed engagement are kept for as long as Australian record-keeping obligations require. If you want your enquiry record deleted sooner, email the address below and it will be.

Your rights, and what happens if something goes wrong.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information SynergAI holds about you by emailing the address below.

Turning analytics off

Use the Analytics settings link in the footer to turn analytics on or off at any time, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. Nothing else on the site changes.

If something goes wrong

If a breach is likely to cause serious harm, SynergAI will notify the people affected and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Making a complaint

Email chris@synergai.com.au and you will get a written response within 30 days. If that does not resolve it, take the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Ask about your information.
