What we collect
When you book an audit or submit the form, we collect the details you choose to provide, including your name, email, phone number, business name, workflow context, and any extra notes you add.
How we use it
We use that information to prepare for the audit, follow up with you, and understand whether the project is a fit. We do not sell or rent your data.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in the private tools SynergAI uses to manage enquiries and delivery. Access is limited to the SynergAI team.
Third-party services
The site may rely on services such as Cal.com for booking, Notion for internal record-keeping, and Vercel for hosting. Each of those providers has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising pixels or unnecessary tracking cookies. Only functional site-level behaviour required for the site to run may be present.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information SynergAI holds about you by emailing the address below.
