Term and payment
Twelve months minimum. Sixty days exit.
- Term12-month minimum on all retainer tiers. Audit and Pilot are one-off engagements with no recurring commitment.
- BillingMonthly via Stripe subscription in AUD. Card or direct debit. Tax invoices auto-issued.
- Exit60-day written exit notice. We complete in-flight work, hand over docs and runbooks, and transition cleanly. No exit fees.

Why no free tier?
Free tiers attract tyre-kickers and create perverse incentives on both sides. We want clients who treat the engagement as a real investment, and we want to be paid to do the diagnosis properly.
Can we skip the audit?
Only if you are referred by an existing client or you are a returning client. New cold engagements always start with an audit so we have a real diagnosis to work from.
What is the upgrade path between retainer tiers?
Tier moves are reviewed quarterly. Upgrade or downgrade with 30 days notice based on actual hours consumed and forward pipeline. No re-contracting required for tier moves within the 12-month term.
Do you discount?
No public discounts. The first three retainers under each tier get foundation pricing locked for the initial 12-month term, but that is a launch position rather than a discount.
What if our needs change?
Tier moves are quarterly. Net-new pilots are scoped separately. If the engagement no longer fits, we re-shape it together rather than forcing you to stay in the wrong tier.
How do we exit?
60 days written exit notice on retainers. We complete the in-flight work, hand over docs and runbooks, and transition the engagement cleanly. No exit fees.
