Map the work before the agent.

We studied Jacob’s SOPs, challenged the first automation idea and mapped a more useful starting point: participant onboarding and document follow-up. The SEO review supports how people reach the team.

We translated the SOP analysis into one proposed workflow: move an intake towards a complete, reviewable document pack without hiding missing information or bypassing a person.

Supporting work / SEO

Make the route in clear.

On 22 September 2026, before any changes, we saved the raw HTML of three public pages. It held 18 malformed service and contact link occurrences, and no H1 on any of the three. This was a small precheck, not a full SEO audit. Read the precheck note. Next, we would repair and retest the enquiry path, confirm target services and catchment, and set a Search Console and analytics baseline.

Access and baseline measurement are still being arranged. No ranking or lead-growth result is attributed to this work.
