Before we begin

Good
questions.

Straight answers, before we get started.

Ask Chris ↗
Can we use our existing software?

That is where we start. We assess the tools you use, available integrations and access requirements before recommending what to connect or change.

Where should we start?

Start with one recurring workflow and the person responsible for it. A free first conversation looks at the likely route, including whether a built-in feature in your current software already does the job. If the work is understood well enough to price, we can scope a focused pilot with agreed acceptance tests. If material uncertainty remains, a paid audit can map the work first.

Who approves what the AI does?

We agree permissions and review points before building. Actions such as sending messages or changing records need clear rules, testing and an identified owner.

What happens after launch?

Handover and support are agreed as part of the scope. We explain how the system works, who owns each step and how changes or issues will be handled. Ongoing support covers named systems within agreed service hours, and new workflows are scoped separately.
