Turn a complex enquiry into a sent quote.

Product rules, job details and customer inputs, gathered and priced by an agent. Exceptions come back to you.

The life of one quote.

Classification

The rules do the reading.

Product, job and customer inputs are read against the rules the business already prices by. The agent does not invent scope, and a catalogue this size is walked without anyone searching it by hand.

Removal

The quoting week stops being a week.

The administration between the enquiry and the sent quote is carried by the agent. What is left for a person is the exception, not the retyping.

30+ hours each week

The close

The quote leaves with its record.

An approved quote goes out with the inputs it was built from still attached, and follow-up is prepared from the same record rather than from somebody's memory.

5-minute lead response

What lands in your hands.

The enquiry, written down.
Every detail the customer gave you, in one record, in the shape your team already works from.
The one job we would not price without you.
The job the rules could not settle, with the customer's own words attached and a person named to answer it.
A quote out the door.
The approved quote, the inputs behind it and the decision that released it, kept together.

About quoting agents.

Can an agent quote every job automatically?
No. Straightforward work can follow agreed rules. Ambiguous scope, missing inputs and exceptions return to a person before the quote moves.
Does quoting require replacing our current systems?
No. The design starts with the product, CRM, accounting and communication systems already carrying the work.
How is the work priced?
A fixed fee agreed in writing before the work begins. Audit: 2 to 3 weeks, kickoff to readout call. Pilot: 4 to 6 weeks, scope lock to acceptance. Part of the audit fee credits a pilot, or the full fee credits your first month of retainer, if you start within 60 days. Credited once, not both. If the acceptance criteria are not met, we extend by up to two weeks at no extra cost. If they are still not met, the full pilot fee is refunded, less reasonable third-party costs. Every retainer carries a 12-month minimum. After that it continues month to month with 60 days exit notice.
How long until a quote goes out through it?
The acceptance criteria are written before the build starts, and a pilot runs 4 to 6 weeks, scope lock to acceptance. We have not published an average time to a first live quote and we will not invent one.
